Collected 2 x bullock carcases (17 & 18 month-old) from abattoir butcher and delivered beef packs to customers. Carcase weights: 249.6Kg and 248.4Kg. All beef sold!

21 November 2006
Sent two bullocks (17 & 18 month-old) to Stornoway abattoir for private customer beef sales. Live weights: 461Kg and 455Kg. 3yr-old heifers moved to Caiseal Park for winter grazing and feeding.
